We splitted the coast of São Paulo in a northern and a southern part, as they are completely different. Also we want to introduce the City of São Paulo with some places of interest, as many tourists arrive in the capitol of the state and like to know a bit about this mega city.
The Northern Coast reaches from Guarujá to Ubatuba, to the border of Rio de Janeiro. It is highly developed with good hotels and pousadas (bed and breakfast). The Southern Coast from Santos to the island Ilha do Cardoso offers simple hotels and pousadas, but more nature in its origin.
From the city of Cananéia to Ubatuba there are about 300 miles (500 kms) of coast to discover.
